Azteca University Mission
The idea of professional doctorate awarded degrees are based on an approved dissertation topic it is relatively new and has been heavily influenced by the concept of the research embodied in Business with the degree structure modified to include substantial reading and searching not too much of coursework. This paper describes the professional doctorate (DBA & PhD's) programs offered at Azteca University campus and online, utilizing the application of an approach to professional research practice. The dissertation topic must be approved by the assignee Professor. Candidates must have an MBA or Bachelor in the program Business discipline.

Universidad Azteca is authorized to award degrees to distance students that did completed the online courses according to the Recognition of Official Validity of Studies (RVOE) an official notification of the registry of educational establishments, no. 15-00084: registered in the first section of the book 71-viii of educational institutions, on page 129, as a private institution with recognition of the official validity of studies, awarded by the general directorate of higher education of the sub-secretary of higher education and scientific research of the secretary of public education SEP.
